Mission Statement

The doctors and staff at Tower Podiatry, The Foot and Ankle Surgical Institute, offer a pleasant environment while providing the highest quality in podiatric care. Our providers are Board Certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. It is our mission to put patients back on their feet by utilizing proven techniques in diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle ailments.

With three locations in the Greater Los Angeles area, we serve patients in West Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Marina del Rey. Our offices have state of the art imaging modalities such as Digital X-rays, Ultrasound and Vascular Studies, as well as Shockwave therapy and PRP treatment on our premises.

Our world renowned surgeons have expertise in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery, Pediatric Orthopedics, Bunions and Hammertoes, Sports Medicine, and Diabetic Wounds and Limb Salvage, amongst other clinical diagnoses. The doctors at Tower Podiatry have privileges at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in West Los Angeles, the Marina del Rey Hospital, Providence Tarzana and Santa Monica Medical Centers, as well as numerous local Surgery Centers.

B. David Massaband, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. B. David Massaband, DPM, FACFAS is a Diplomate of the Board and Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is the Director of Tower Podiatry, the Foot & Ankle Institute

Arash R. Hassid, DPM

Dr. Arash Hassid is a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon who has been in practice for over a decade. He is an associate of Tower Podiatry, the Foot & Ankle Surgical Institute. He is currently on attending podiatrist at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Pegah Samouhi, DPM

Dr. Pegah Samouhi is an associate of Tower Podiatry, practicing at all three locations: Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Encino, and Marina del Rey, as well as providing patients with home visits.
