Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know our staff. We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process. Patients who have already completed the registration forms (by accessing them through our web site or by picking them up at our office) need only arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
